Picartso was created by a mom who wanted to preserve her child’s growing collection of school artwork – priceless keepsakes impossible to throw away, yet impossible to store.
At Picartso, we turn your little one’s creations into a unique Artbook. Any size, any shape, any medium (even 3D and pottery pieces) – we’ll help you treasure their masterpieces forever.

The Process
Select your preferred
book size and place
your order.
Pick your best pieces, place them
in a box or art folder and drop
them off (in person, by courier or
by Uber package) at 37 Bath Ave,
Rosebank, Johannesburg.
We’ll work our magic and
deliver your Artbook
within 4-6 weeks of
receiving your art pieces.

FAQs
What will my Artbook look like?
- A4/A3 landscape, glossy hardcover, coffee table-style book
- A unique cover with your child’s artwork and their name as the title
- 30-100 pages of professionally photographed and edited art pieces
- A special dedication on the first page (optional)
How long will my Artbook take to arrive?
Your book will take 4 – 6 weeks once artwork has been received.
How many art pieces can I drop off?
You can send up to 10 extra pieces above the book size ordered, i.e
- 40 pieces for a 30-page Artbook
- 70 pieces for a 60-page Artbook
- 110 pieces for a 100-page Artbook
Note, some pages will have more than one piece depending on the number of artpieces supplied.
What happens to the original artwork?
All artwork is recycled once your Artbook is complete.
- Should you wish to have the artwork returned, select this option at checkout.
- Should you wish to receive the artwork in digital form (as individual jpegs), select this option
which will be charged separately at checkout.
Can I get the artwork in digital form only, without the printed Artbook?
Certainly. Simply select this option on the order page.
- Indicate whether you’d like to receive these on a USB or as a digial link.
Can I send digital images as opposed to original artwork for an Artbook?
Unless digitised by us, we do not recommend this. We will assess the digital images sent, however, we reserve the right to reject images photographed elsewhere.

Can I include a special message in my Artbook?
Yes, you may include a special dedication in the beginning of the Artbook.
Can the artwork appear in chronological order?
We do not recommend this as it limits the creative flow of the book. We need to be able to move pieces
around to showcase your child’s creativity in the best possible way. Kindly note some pages may have
more than one piece on them depending on the number of artwork supplied.
Can I cancel my Artbook order?
Cancellations may only take place 2 days after recieving your order. Note an admin charge of R250 will be
charged. Thereafter and upon receiving your artwork, your order cannot be cancelled. Your order can,
however, be placed on hold until you’re ready to proceed.
How do I redeem my Gift Card?
Follow the order process and select ‘redeem gift card’ at check out.
